Mitriu Estate
The compound of the human Mitriu family is located in the south-central part of the village, on the Yellow Road. The estate is surrounded by a 2 meter tall brick wall. Just inside the main gate is a small guard house on the left, with a stable and carriage house beyond it. To the right is the large, two storey main house, constructed in coursed rubble masonry. Between the guard house the carriage house is a footpath to manicured garden with a small swimming pond, nestled among fruit trees. A staff house and a guest house are in the back corner of the compound.
Since the quarantine, the Mitriu family has tightly controlled all comings and goings from their estate - Daciana, the matriarch, who is a member of the town council, is the only one who comes or goes regularly. If the party come to the Estate, they will be met at the gate by the self-conscious and seemingly overworked Dario Albertio, who will summon the butler Crisandra Lotti. Crisandra will tightly control their access to the grounds and to the family.

21C using Cunning (-2)Players who are actively and specifically looking for anything suspicious may note that there is smoke coming from the chimney of the guest house, which presumably would be empty during the quarantine. If they find a way to investigate this, they will discover that Colmal Bucur is staying in the guest house.
